Tata Motors developing its new all-electric hatchback the Tata Altroz EV. Tata Motors hasn’t released the Tata Altroz EV specifications yet but we can expect the Altroz EV price will be around between ₹ 11.50 – 13.00 lakh and expected launch in 2022 According to Autocar India.
Tata Motors said that the Tata Altroz EV comes with a futuristic design, advanced technology with intuitive connectivity, and great performance. Also, Tata claims that Tata Altroz is an energy-efficient powertrain unit offering a superior range with a high energy-density battery pack.
Also, Tata Motors confirmed that Tata Altroz will not look too different from its petrol and diesel versions of the hatchback. But also Tata motors confirmed the sum of its specifications Tata Altroz comes with a Permanent Magnet AC motor and Lithium Ion battery which can give a range of 250- 300 km with a single charge.

Tata Altroz EV exterior details
Tata Motors claims that the Tata Altroz EV is based on the Altroz premium urban car which is built on the lightweight with modular and flexible characteristics of the ALFA Architecture, which can evolve into a range of modern.
At the front, we can see a signature humanity line with dual ultra slim LED headlamps, along with a digitally inspired lower grill which gives the signature look for Tata Altroz EV. At the side profile, it features a unique arrowhead forming at the intersection of a pillar and the front door.
And the new alloy wheel design gives an extra eye catchy look to Altroz EV.

Tata Motors said that the interior of the Tata Altroz EV is laid out like a modern aero command with a seamless cockpit. Also, Tata Motors added a floating dashboard due to the absence of a transmission tunnel, which enhances the feeling of airiness up front.

Tata Motors did not release the exact price of the Tata Altroz EV, But we can expect the Tata Altroz EV price will be around ₹ 11.50 – 13.00 lakh after comparing it to Tata Motors’ other electric cars like Tata Nexon EV.

The Tata Altroz EV concept was first featured at Auto Expo 2018 and its exact release date was not announced by Tata Motors, But we can expect that Tata Altroz EV will be launched in mid of 2022. However, it can be delayed and launched in 2023 also.
